Structure

Elevation STEM Texas is a 501(c)(3) registered in the state of Texas, and operating nationwide.

Our daily operations are managed by a staff of directors who are responsible for program development and delivery. None of our staff are responsible for fundraising as a part of their job responsibilities, but are focused 100% on program objectives.

Oversight is provided by our board of directors. Board members are recruited from every state that we have active operations in, as we believe that local representation is important to ensuring positive outcomes for our student participants.

Diversity of board members is actively sought and managed, and board members include both technical and community leaders
